Responsibilities:

• Handling of Day to Day Operations
• Needs to have a clear knowledge and understanding about what compliance is and its significance in regard to company processes
• Analyse issues/errors and take necessary steps to correct/resolve
• Must have Australia Energy Sales Experience
• Monitor team’s performance on daily, weekly & monthly basis
• Approve and implement streamlining opportunities & process improvements
• Providing training/Coaching to team members

Key Skills:

Should be computer literate – will be expected to operate a CRM system, Dialler and also have the ability to work with Excel. , CRM Software, Dialler

Required Experience:

Good Communication Skills both spoken & written EnglishShould have min of 12 months experience as a Manager for Australia Energy
